All IGLÀ products are designed and handcrafted in Tallinn, Estonia.


Made-to-Order Production

IGLÀ is a small independent studio. Many of our products are made to order rather than mass-produced.

Depending on availability, your item may be crafted specifically for you.
Production time can take up to 10 working days before the item is handed over to the shipping provider.

We believe in slow, intentional craftsmanship — and appreciate your patience and support.


Placing an Order

To place an order:
– add products to your cart
– fill in the required details
– choose your shipping method
– complete payment

The total cost will be displayed before confirming your order.


Payment

Secure payments are processed via Montonio Finance UAB.

Available methods include:
– Bank payments (Estonia, Lithuania, Finland)
– Visa / MasterCard

When using bank payments, please ensure you click “Return to merchant” after completing the transaction.


Availability

If an item cannot be delivered (e.g. out of stock or unavailable materials), you will be notified as soon as possible.

A full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days.


Shipping

Orders are shipped from Estonia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:
– Estonia: 2–3 business days
– EU: 7–10 business days

Please note: delivery times apply after the production period (up to 10 working days, if the item is made to order).

All shipments include tracking information where available.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be:
– unused
– in original condition
– properly packaged

To initiate a return, please contact: info@igla.ee within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.

Return shipping:
– Free within Estonia
– Paid by the customer for international returns


Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 months at info@igla.ee.

We will offer:
– repair
– replacement
– or refund (if repair/replacement is not possible)

We respond to claims within 7 days.

The warranty does not cover:
– normal wear and tear
– natural characteristics of leather
– damage caused after delivery


Packaging Returns

Please return items in original packaging or secure packaging.

Include your name and order number inside the parcel.
