Information We Collect:

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”) before, while or after you are placing an order.The personal data we collect, process and store has been collected electronically, mainly via the website and e-mail.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details.

Name. Date of birth. We collect the given names (first name, family name) and date of birth from our clients when they express their interest in our products or sign up for our newsletter, or order via our e-shop.


Email address. We collect the email address of our clients when they order via our e-shop.


Delivery address.We collect the postal address and billing address of our clients for estimating shipping time before you place an order and for billing and shipping our products.

 

Phone number. We collect the phone number of our clients for the best possible service in the orders’ management and for postal services, shipping our products.


Order History. We collect only the details of the products purchased by our clients and the way they made the payment.

 

In addition to above we have the right to collect data about the customer that is available in public registers.

We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your order. For processing orders, maximum period personal data is storaged is two years.
