All our items are designed and hand-made here in Tallinn where IGLÀ is located.

IGLÀ is small business and often items are made to order (model of your choice if not in stock and details customized to your specifications). It may take up to one week to finish ordered products and hand items over to carrier (Omniva, our shipping partner). We appreciate your understanding. Thank you for supporting our small business to grow!

Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping basket, fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete your order. Total cost of your order is then displayed.

If we cannot deliver the ordered products due to stock running out or for any other reason, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will get a refund (including the shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving the notification.


IGLÀ products are shipped from Estonia to EU countries. Fee for shipping is added to the price. The shipping cost depends on your location and shipping method. All prices are in Euros (€).

Our shipping partner is Omniva (https://www.omniva.ee/eng). 

Shipments within Estonia generally arrive within 2-3 business days.

All shipments within EU generally arrive within 7-10 business days.

Return information

We love every single item we have created in IGLÀ and we hope you feel the same! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased product, don’t worry! We have a full 14-day return policy counted from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return order,  please read this page, fill in the form and let us know by sending it to info@igla.ee within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please note – we accept only the unused goods in the original condition. Thank you for the understanding and for trying the items on with care.

The exchange or refund will be issued within 7 working days after receiving your return. 

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We have free returns within Estonia if Omniva is chosen carrier.

Packing your return 

When you return products, we kindly ask you to either return the items in their original packaging, or to wrap them in some kind of packaging to protect them during shipping. Please write your name and order number on a piece of paper and slip the details inside the return package so that we can connect the return shipment with the correct order number. 

Faulty or incorrect products

In the unlikely event of a faulty or defective product, please contact us within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing info@igla.ee so that we can repair or replace the item or if this can not be done, offer you a refund. We will respond to your complaints within 7 days. You don’t need to fill in the return form above.

Please note that IGLÀ store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods.

The warranty does not cover the natural marks and aging of the leather, normal wear and tear. 

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact as at info@igla.ee.  In this case, we will offer you instructions on returning or replacing the product by email. 

Settlement of disputes

Communication is important to us when resolving disputes. All complaints must be e-mailed to info@igla.ee.  We always try to find a solution that works for both parties. If you disagree with the solution proposed by us, you can submit an application to the The Consumer Dispute Committee to resolve the dispute. https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee
